Offensive woes continue as Bucs drop 3rd straight

Outscoring No. 20 Louisville 35-32 in the second half, the ETSU men's basketball team did not back down from its Big East Conference foe, but the Buccaneers still could not overcome a tough first half offensively as they fell 69-56 to the Cardinals Saturday in front of 19,179 at historic Freedom Hall.

Rotich, Ronoh take All-Regions

Kenneth Rotich and Ben Ronoh closed out their 2009 cross country season on a high note on Saturday afternoon. The Kenyan cousins posted top-25 finishes at the NCAA South Regional meet, as they led the Buccaneers to a 13th-place finish, at the Harry Pritchard running course in Tuscaloosa, Ala.

ETSU signs 3 early recruits for 2010-11 season

ETSU women's basketball head coach Karen Kemp and her staff announced Wednesday that the Lady Bucs have signed three recruits for the 2010-11 season. This class consists of Ashley Miles, Akaycha Robinson and Shawn Randall. "I am very excited to have this group join our Lady Buccaneer family in 2010-11," said associate head coach DeShawne Blocker.
