Tuesday's Multicultural Expo drew in a large audience that was eager to learn about the many organizations and clubs that ETSU has to offer. Booths were set up all around the Culp Center Ballroom for the event that took place at 7 p.m. "The Multicultural Expo has been a tradition at ETSU for many years," said Steve Bader, vice provost for Student Affairs.
A unique opportunity to study architectural history in a city considered one of the world's best examples of Baroque and other architectural styles - Rome, Italy - will be offered to students next summer through the construction technology program in East Tennessee State University's College of Business and Technology.
Dr. Veronica Gunn, chief medical officer for the Tennessee Department of Health, will be the keynote speaker at the 12th Annual Women's Health Across the Life Cycle: A Comprehensive Approach, a one-day conference hosted by ETSU's James H. Quillen College of Medicine.
