Kick-off celebration planned for new College of Public Health on Thursday

A kick-off celebration for the new College of Public Health at ETSU will be held Thursday, Jan. 24, at 6:30 p.m. in the Grand Soldiers Ballroom at the Carnegie Hotel. Dr. Harrison Spencer, president/CEO of the Association of Schools of Public Health (ASPH), will give the keynote address.

Campus Construction Update

As construction continues around campus Tony Warner, assistant vice president for University Center and ID Services, and Sid Smith, Construction Manager for ETSU Facilities Management have provided information for another construction update. Safety Update Students and staff are overloading the passenger elevator during periods when the interior ramp is closed.

Study abroad offered in Italy summer 2008

Don Davis, an associate professor in the ETSU Department of Art and Design and a studio potter working in Asheville, N.C., is organizing a summer class in wood-fired terracotta to be held in Castello di Spannocchia near Siena, Italy. The class will be held July 3-17.
